More of Moreland Drive

This is a continuation of a house I showed you part of about a month ago.  The client’s home is a very open floor plan.  The fabulous kitchen is completely open to the dining room and family room.  You can see that light just pours into the space.  We chose shadow storm quartzite with a light gray matte subway tile.  My lovely friend Jodi Adams choose the light fixtures with my client and I added the counter stools.  Durable leather for life with 2 littles! I chose to paint the island gray to add interest and also to hide the fun footprints that always show up in front of stools.  Dunn kitchen side shot

I chose this beautiful dining table from Classic Home and the light fixture is from Ballard Designs.  It’s massive, which is on point for the 20 foot ceilings.  I went with 4 wicker chairs and 2 fabric ones to soften the space.  A rug is on hold for this space until the kids are a little older. Dunn DIning Whole

This special piece was in my client’s family.  She was previously using it in the bedroom, but I had it painted and repurposed it as a China cabinet.  Dunn China Cab

I chose a deeper color for the powder room and a bold mirror.  I ordered the floating vanity and we topped it with a piece of white quartz.

Here’s a bizarre pic just to give you a peek at the fun quatrefoil light fixture! Dunn Powder

One quick shot of the master bedding and a luxe little velvet bench to complete the space.
